What does all of THAT mean to me? Anticipating our guests' needs by providing competitive prices and amenities & services that are heads and shoulders above our competitors is what it means to me as a hotelier. In the sales realm, it means more than making a buck. It means offering a fair price while still being able to meet and exceed budgeted goals. But really, it is all about building relationships. Cause if you ain't got em', then you ain't getting the business.
